Our client is one of the regionâ€™s largest digital media company. As the business expansions steadily, there is now an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to join the team in a newly created Regional HR Manager role.
Focusing on Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR needs for the region â€“ proving proactive support for the business units and managing the delivery of the strategic plan to ensure needs of business unit are well supported. As an integral member of the business, you will also actively engage in daily operations issues and solutions from a human resource perspective. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining a hands on approach to HR operational matters.
Ideally, you are degree qualified with over 8 years of generalist experience. As the organisation is rapidly expanding, you need to be able to "scale up" accordingly in a high energy and fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the employment regulations in the region will be important.
