Our client is an established European MNC with a strong footprint in Asia. There is now an opportunity for a senior HR professional to join one of their corporate team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will be driving the people strategy across the organisation. Responsibilities include the full spectrum of human resource functions including designing and implementing HR policies and programs, directing all aspects of talent management, total rewards, organization development and HR services delivery. As a key member of the management team, you will provide support at both the strategic and operational level to identify HR priorities and recommend solid people management solutions.
You should be a strong HR Leader, with a solid education background and prior experience in a regional capacity. In-depth experience in total rewards and talent management will be very useful. A collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence business leaders will be crucial for your success.
