Our client is a Nasdaq listed US MNC with a large foot print in Asia.
Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including HR strategic planning, recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits within the Company. You will be responsible for HR strategy development in the region, including HR planning and integration, on-going training & development, compensation & benefits, succession planning, high potential assessment, leadership evaluation and recruiting.
You will also be the key HR lead representing Singapore for global projects, which requires you to work closely with corporate HR team in the US and business leaders in the region.
Ideally, you are degree qualified with minimum 10 years of broad-based HR experience in the region. Someone commercially savvy with the ability to be flexible in operational style to meet the needs of a diversified and matrix organization. Industrial Relations, Workday / ADP experience would be a plus. Able to work well in a fast-paced and multi-cultural MNC environment.
