In this newly created role, you will work alongside the Director of HR Business Partnering - building effective relationships with internal as well as external key stakeholders. You will be partnering with the business group and providing advisory to business managers on change management, organisational optimisation, talent retention, engagement, performance management, policies & procedures and employee relations.
The ideal profile is degree qualified with at least 6 years of experience in an HR generalist environment within the global financial services sector. You should be comfortable speaking to different client groups, with strong influencing and negotiation skills. An independent, driven individual being able to handle multitask in a fast paced environment will thrive.
