Our client is a well-established FMCG company with managing luxury brands across the region. As part of its continuous focus on its people strategy, it is now seeking an Talent Development expert to join the team!
Your role will drive the organisation capability agenda at the group level and leads delivery efforts across the different business units. You will formulate and align Group-wide talent policies, emphasising the creation of a highly engaged employee environment and rapid development of the careers of the organisation's high potential talent pool.
The role is responsible to develop best practices and drive all change and talent management programmes, establishing and implementing a culture of learning at all levels. You will also ensures that the performance management function is systematic and comprehensive to support the delivery of targets and priorities.
This role leads the day-to-day engagement with line managers and Country HR Leads on a wide range of performance areas, and is responsible for the management of the performance management regime specifying monitoring systems, incentives, sanctions, and escalation and intervention arrangements.
The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of andragogy with demonstrated skills in instructional and training design, curriculum development, training facilitation, writing of manuals and/or other aspects of capacity building programmes including distance and e-learning platforms. Culturally sensitive and strong ability to work well with Country HR teams to tweak programme delivery for various countries. Fluency in an Asian language will be a major advantage.
