In line with group strategic succession planning, it is now seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join its corporate team.
Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources and leading a small team, you will be a key HR business partner to the senior leaders based here. Areas of focus will be on talent management, retention and employee engagement. Your team will be supported by the HR shared services centre as well as the various centre of excellences. The key to success in this role is the ability to understand business concepts, grasp business operations and issues, and provide solutions based approach to HR matters.
You should be degree qualified HR leader with at least 10 yearsâ€™ experience in generalist HR function. This would have been gained in a dynamic environment. Exposure to FMCG/consumer goods sector is highly advantageous. You are self-driven, resilient and business savvy. An adaptable and hands on leader, you have excellent communication and people influencing skills.
